Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Keyvio (the “App”) provided by EC & Co. LLC (“we”, “us”). Keyvio is a relationship CRM for real estate professionals. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Not professional advice
Keyvio may include calculators, reminders, drafts, or summaries to help you manage your business. The App does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage advice. You are solely responsible for compliance with real-estate regulations, brokerage rules, advertising law, and contracts in your market.
AI-generated content
Keyvio can draft messages and suggest daily priorities using on-device and (when signed in) cloud AI. These outputs are suggestions: they may be inaccurate or incomplete, and nothing is ever sent on your behalf — every message goes out only when you review it and tap send in your own messaging app. You are solely responsible for the content of the communications you send, including their accuracy and their compliance with laws and rules that apply to you (for example fair-housing, advertising, and brokerage-communication rules). Commission and take-home figures shown in the App are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not statements of amounts owed to you.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your own professional or personal business purposes as a real estate professional, in accordance with the App’s documentation and applicable law. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App. Team, brokerage-wide, or enterprise deployments require our prior written agreement unless expressly permitted by Apple’s family or volume programs.
Apple App Store
If you obtained the App from Apple’s App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App.
Accounts, backup, and security
Keyvio does not require an account; your CRM data is stored on your device by default. You may optionally create an account with Sign in with Apple, which turns on cloud backup of the CRM records you author and enables cloud AI features and the push morning digest, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for device passcodes, backups, and Apple ID security, and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Backup is provided as a convenience and is not a substitute for your own records; export or retain independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. You can delete your account and all associated server-side data at any time in Settings → Delete Account. Notify us at support@keyvio.app if you believe someone is misusing the App in a way that affects you.
Free download and subscriptions
You may download and install Keyvio for free. Continued use of the CRM after onboarding requires an active Subscription (Keyvio), including any free trial or introductory pricing Apple presents at purchase. Subscription plans, prices, and billing periods (for example, monthly or annual) are shown in the App and/or on the App Store before you purchase.
Payment processing. Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store are charged to your Apple ID. Apple is the merchant of record for those transactions. Your purchase is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
Auto-renewal. Unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your Subscription will renew for the same term at the then-current price.
Cancellation. You can manage or cancel a Subscription in your Apple account settings (for example: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or the App Store account section on other Apple platforms). Canceling stops future charges; you typically keep access through the end of the paid period.
Free trials and promotions. If we offer a free trial or introductory pricing, details and eligibility will be shown at purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you may be charged the advertised price when the trial converts to a paid Subscription.
Refunds. Requests for refunds of App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. You can use Apple’s report a problem flows or contact Apple Support for billing issues.
Price changes. We may change Subscription prices from time to time. Where required by Apple or applicable law, we will provide notice and obtain your consent before charging a new price.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to interfere with the App’s operation, reverse engineer except as permitted by law, or use the App in violation of law or third-party rights. You also agree not to use Keyvio’s drafting features to send spam or unlawful communications, and not to attempt to circumvent fair-use limits on AI features. We may apply reasonable rate and usage limits to keep the service available for everyone.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in Shelby County, Alabama, unless a different forum is required by law.
