What Keyvio is
Keyvio is an iPhone app for real estate agents: it links clients to Apple Contacts, tracks deals and activity, uses Calendar (with permission) for dates and showings, and sends local notifications for follow-ups and milestones. CRM data is stored on your device. Keyvio Pro is billed through Apple; after onboarding, an active subscription (or free trial, when offered) is required to use the CRM.

Before you write
Include your device model, iOS version, and Keyvio version (Settings in the app, if available). A short description of what you expected versus what happened helps us reproduce the issue.
Subscriptions and billing
Keyvio Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple. To change or cancel a subscription, use Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device (or the equivalent on your Apple platform). Apple handles payment and refunds for App Store purchases according to Apple’s policies.
